Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 85.00 per night and person for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 13.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs CHF 39.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs CHF 45.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
