Welcome in the new design hotel L First in an elegant 19th century house, centrally located in quiet area, only within 3 minutes walking distance from the opera, just a few steps to the lake and 8 minutes by tramway to main railway station. 28 rooms, high ceilings, natural colours, parquet floors. Lobby-lounge with fire-place, rose garden and bar. Wellness area exclusively for women with steambath, saunas, special showers and foot baths (called Lady's First).

Our hotel is located in Seefeldquartier, a trendy neighbourhood right at the lake.
Thanks to our location you have easy access to the opera, the Bellevueplatz (square) and various restaurants and cafés nearby.

We recommend to leave your car in one of the car parks nearby. The car park Utoquai is located on Färberstraße and can be reached via Dufourstraße if you turn right. Please note that you can’t turn from Bellerivestraße directly to Mainaustraße.
